GIANLUCA BALDONI
Gianluca is a founding partner of Gardena Capital, having worked as a Government and Corporate bond trader throughout his career. Gianluca was formerly head of electronic trading at Method Investments & Advisory Ltd in which he was one of the architects of the company's electronic proprietary trading desk. Prior to joining Method, Gianluca worked as a trader for the likes of Sai Mercati and Nuovi Investimenti Sim, developing trading strategies across the Government and Corporate bond markets. A graduate in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
MARCO BORSA
Marco is a founding partner and Director of Gardena Capital with responsibility for business, infrastructure, operations and finance. His previous role was COO at Method Investment & Advisory Ltd, with oversight over the UK, Italian and Spanish branches. Prior to this Marco held both CFO and COO positions at Campisi & C. Sim and BankNord. In his career Marco served on the Board of Directors of few Luxembourg based UCITS IV funds and some Cayman based AIF. He holds a degree in Economics from the Universita’ Carlo Cattaneo in Castellanza.
ANDREA CECCHIN
Andrea is a founding partner of Gardena Capital, having developed a strong track record throughout his career in arbitrage strategies, curve and volatility trading primarily on the Italian Government bond market. Andrea served as Head of Proprietary trading at Method Investment & Advisory with managerial oversight over all trading desks. Prior to joining Method, Andrea held several positions of responsibility at Sai Mercati Sim and Fidea Sim, having commenced his career at Credito Emiliano Banca Euromobiliare SpA. A graduate in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
GIULIO PATISSO
Giulio is the co-owner of Thux Srl, a company specialised in IT services to financial companies. From 1991 to 1996 he worked as consultant for different companies as IT technician and software developer. In 1996 he founded Thunder computer, together with his current partner Vittorino Parenti. In 2002 the company changed name in Thunder Systems srl (now Thux) and began to offer services dedicated to investment companies. Since the beginning Giulio is a partner and IT manager in Gardena Capital where he oversees all the IT aspects of the business.
